PARIS - Mr. Mikolaj Dowgielewicz elected Vice-Governor for Target Group Countries

Meeting in Paris today, the Governing Board of the CEB elected Mr. Mikolaj Dowgielewicz, of Polish nationality, to become Vice-Governor for Target Group Countries.

Mr. Mikolaj Dowgielewicz, who is a Secretary of State for European Affairs and Economic Policy since January 2010 in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Poland, will take office on 2 May 2012 for a five-year term.

The Governor, Mr. Rolf Wenzel, expressed his warm congratulations to the new Vice-Governor and emphasized that Mr. Dowgielewicz’s professional experience will contribute to strengthen the relations between the Bank and its target countries.
