Carlo Monticelli speaks about how the CEB has supported people fleeing Ukraine after the Russian invasion, and looking forward how the Bank could contribution to the process of reconstruction, in coordination with other International Financial Institutions.
The Governor participated in a panel with other representatives of International Financial Institutions, during the Italy-Ukraine Conference on the Reconstruction of Ukraine, held on 26 April 2023.
