The financing sources for the grants are as follows, as abridged under the heading 'Funding': Eastern Europe Energy Efficiency and Environment Partnership (E5P), the European Local Energy Assistance (ELENA), the EU Facility for Refugees in Türkiye (EU-FRiT), the Italian Fund for Innovative Projects (IFIP), the Migrant and Refugee Fund (MRF), the Slovak Inclusive Growth Account (SIGA), the Spanish Social Cohesion Account (SCA), the Social Dividend Account (SDA), and the Western Balkans Investment Framework (WBIF).
