This grant represents an interest-rate subsidy in favour of a project dedicated to the closure of collective centres in Bosnia and Herzegovina and to the provision of alternative accommodation for some 7 200 internally-displaced persons.
82 buildings are planned to be built in 45 municipalities and cities throughout Bosnia and Herzegovina. The appartments are then provided to beneficiaries based on social, non-for-profit rental housing model or within institutional accommodation (welfare) centres.
