This Programme loan* aims at supporting, through ADIE, the financial and social inclusion of micro-entrepreneurs with limited or no access to finance in France. In particular, ADIE's microcredit lending products concerned will consist of: (i) business microloans, fostering the creation or development of small business activities; and (ii) mobility microloans, intended to enhance the clients’ access or stability in the job market via the acquisition, rental or repair of a vehicle, or the financing of a driving license.

Final beneficiaries: economically active or aspiring micro-entrepreneurs, including women, persons living below the poverty line, migrants, job-seekers and persons living in disadvantaged neighbourhoods.

This operation benefits from support from the European Union under the InvestEU Fund, as part of CEB SISW Debt Financial Product supporting the "Microfinance, ethical, social enterprise finance and social economy" InvestEU policy area.
