Affordable housing for low to middle income households

This loan will part-finance investments which include apartment units for young people under the age of 30 in the proximity of the University of Ljubljana Student Housing compound and apartment units for low to middle income families and for the elderly in Ljubljana and Maribor. Final beneficiaries will be young people, low to middle income households, especially those with children, and the elderly, who will benefit from a greater offer of affordable rental housing.
