Aid to displaced persons fleeing the conflict in Ukraine

An additional Public sector Financing Facility (PFF) request, increasing the total amount of the loan to € 565 million to assist the borrower in its efforts to support the medium and long-term needs of refugees and their host communities. In particular, the CEB loan will contribute to the Polish Response Plan, mostly through the provision of monthly allowances for children and families, as well as in the area of accommodation.
