Financing with the City of Barcelona and EIB, the construction of 2 322 social housing units in Barcelona, spread between 26 sub-projects, for the benefit of about 7 000 final beneficiaries. Its aim is to increase the public stock of affordable rental accommodation in the city and respond to excess demand for housing. Two components : social housing units for low-income persons and social housing units for elderly persons.
