Partial financing of individual investment projects undertaken by the city itself and / or entities owned or controlled by it. The main planned investments concern the revitalization of the city centre including refurbishment of municipal public building, public spaces, local roads, transport and access infrastructure, utilities networks, green spaces, Rawa river bed reconstruction, contribution to the refurbishment of privately-held degraded housing units, and the modernisation of a municipal stadium.
