Improving living conditions in the City of Kuopio (Eastern Finland)

A Public sector Financing Facility to part-finance municipal investments which include the renovation, refurbishment and extension of existing facilities, as well as the construction of new structures. Final beneficiaries include a wide range of the population of the City of Kuopio amoung which are children attending day-care centres and schools, pupils, teaching staff, young families, individuals attending cultural events and libraries and users of sport facilities.
