This additional request for an amount of € 50 million for an increase of LD1977 (2018) to a total amount of € 100 million to part-finance the construction of new structures as well as the restoration, renovation or extension of existing facilities in line with the City Strategy 2030.
Final beneficiaries will be a wide range of the population of the City of Kuopio, among which children attending day-care centres and schools, pupils, teaching staff, young families, individuals attending cultural events and libraries and users of sport facilities.
