This EUR 58 million Programme loan will part-finance the increase in the offer of both affordable and social housing in the city of Leipzig, through the construction, renovation and modernisation of rental housing for low-income persons and the construction of day nurseries.
Final beneficiaries will be low-income persons, young children, elderly and disabled persons, students and single-parent families, as well as migrants and refugees.
