Additional request for an amount of €60 million for an increase of LD 1844 (2014) to a total amount of €180 million to part-finance investments in social infrastructure comprising the construction of new structures as well as the restoration, renovation or extension of existing facilities in favour of the City of Vantaa.
Final beneficiaries will include a large number of the City of Vantaa’s population representing different age and society groups including certain vulnerable groups, such as the elderly, immigrants and refugees. Children, school pupils, teachers, hospitals’ patients, people attending cultural events or using libraries, people practising sports activities will also benefit from investments in social infrastructure throughout the city.
