A Programme loan to support job creation and to enhance social cohesion in Albania by facilitating access to financial resources for microbusinesses and individuals, with limited or no access to the traditional banking system. The CEB loan will partially finance the Borrower’s microfinance activities, with a focus on rural areas.
Final beneficiaries: Microentrepreneurs, microenterprises, including women entrepreneurs, and small farmers living in rural communities throughout Albania.
