A Programme loan to support the Borrower’s on-lending activities to eligible micro-enterprises and small farms for their productive equipment and working capital needs in various sectors, including agriculture.
Final beneficiaries: Micro-businesses and farmers across Ukraine and in particular vulnerable groups currently considered “unbankable.” These include war veterans and their family members, internally displaced persons, enterprises led by or employing persons with disabilities, women, youth, and small farmers. Approximatively 400 micro-enterprises are expected to be supported though the programme. 30% of the funding will be allocated to “green loans” and another 30% to women-led enterprises, including women in vulnerable situations, such as internally displaced women.
