A Programme loan to support the Borrower in addressing the needs of healthcare professionals and enhancing both internal and external training opportunities. The CEB loan will partially finance eligible investments related to the rehabilitation and equipment of two existing facilities in Sant Pau’s hospital complex: the old kitchens and the convent, both UNESCO World Heritage sites. The new facilities will be used for healthcare services training activities and insertion programmes.
Final beneficiaries: Healthcare students, unemployed individuals, individuals who have not completed secondary education, and existing professionals seeking skill enhancement.
