The project consists in granting some 1 500 social mortgage loans and some 500 zero-interest écoprêts (“green loans”) to large, low-income families.
The FLW grants mortgage loans to large families for:
• purchasing, building, renovating or transforming dwellings;
• carrying out energy-saving works;
• reimbursing an expensive loan already contracted for a dwelling;
• building a nearby dwelling to house (an) elderly relative(s);
• purchasing a building plot.
