The additional loan request will finance investments similar to those included in the first one: to finance housing certificates for beneficiaries whose residential property has been destroyed as a consequence of the Russian Federation’s aggression against Ukraine. The additional loan request is expected to support the issuance of approximately 3 000 housing certificates.
Final beneficiaries: Residents of Ukraine. In particular, internally displaced persons (IDP)s and persons from vulnerable groups, including persons with disabilities, the elderly, women, children and veterans.
