An additional request of € 100 million for a Public sector Financing Facility to finance housing certificates for beneficiaries whose residential property has been destroyed as a consequence of the Russian Federation’s aggression against Ukraine.
Final beneficiaries: Residents of Ukraine, and in particular internally displaced persons and individuals from vulnerable groups. These groups include combatants, persons with disabilities, veterans and families of deceased veterans, persons called up for military service during mobilisation, as well as large families.
