This Programme loan will enable to finance eligible investments for covering the expenditures for preferential mortgage loans through the State Fund for Youth Housing. Granting the preferential mortgage terms will lower barriers to housing ownership for families with limited means, providing a viable alternative to temporary shelters.
Final beneficiaries: Residents of Ukraine. In particular, around 36 000 internally displaced persons (IDPs), 1 100 families, including low-income families, children, youth and women.
