A Programme loan to support the Borrower expand access to sustainable housing finance for the acquisition, construction or renovation of primary residences in eligible municipalities outside Riga and the Riga region and stimulate regional development, labour mobility and demographic stabilisation.

Final beneficiaries: Eligible natural persons (households) aged 18–65 whose housing loan applications are approved by ALTUM under the Programme rules.
