This additional loan request of €67.5 million, increases the total amount of the loan to €167.5 million in order to part-finance eligible investments in energy efficiency improvement projects and retrofitting works of multi-apartment buildings.
Final beneficiaries will be the inhabitants of Lithuania living in multi-apartment buildings, including low-income households, who will benefit from lower energy consumption and reduced heating costs, thus diminishing the burden on the environment and improving living conditions.
