This €100 million Programme loan will part-finance investments in energy efficiency improvement projects and retrofitting works of multi-apartment buildings leading to lower energy consumption and reduced heating costs thus diminishing the burden on the environment and improving living conditions of the population.
Final beneficiaries will be inhabitants, including low-income households, living in multi-apartment buildings in Lithuania.
