This additional loan request of €35 million, increases the total amount of the loan to €70 million, in order to part-finance investments under the City’s long-term strategy including the construction of new structures as well as the restoration, renovation or extension of the existing facilities.
Final beneficiaries will be the population of the City of Vilnius, with a focus on the “Northern” and “Southern” districts of the City, representing some 79 000 inhabitants, who will benefit from improved living, studying and working conditions, as well as municipal and healthcare facilities.
