A Public sector Financing Facility (PFF) to assist the Borrower in enhancing the quality of life of Kaunas residents by co-financing investments in sustainable development of territories and living environments, education and sports services, as well as culture and tourism.
Final beneficiaries: The over 300 000 residents of the Kaunas City Municipality and approximately 630 000 inhabitants of Kaunas County, daily users of municipal services, including those in low-Income households and socially excluded groups, residents in peripheral and deprived areas, the elderly, children, youth and persons with disabilities.
