The Public sector Financing Facility (PFF) aims to co-finance the investments envisaged by the borrower in its Strategic Plan 2024-2026, thus supporting integrated urban development actions to address social, economic, demographic, environmental and climate change challenges facing the city. In particular, the CEB loan will partially finance actions to improve Vilnius City's education infrastructure, to modernise its healthcare facilities, as well as to develop and improve the infrastructure providing various social services.
Final beneficiaries: the population of the Vilnius City Municipality, including more than 20 000 refugees from Ukraine, mostly children, women, and the elderly.
