This €25 million PFF (Public sector Financing Facility) will part-finance investments for the construction of new structures, the restoration, renovation or extension of existing buildings, as well as related equipment, facilities and infrastructure included in the City’s municipal budget.
The final beneficiaries will be a wide range of the residents of the City of Kaunas and the Kaunas region including children, students enrolled in educational institutions, citizens attending cultural events and people practising sports.
