The Public sector Financing Facility (PFF) aims to support the regional authorities in their efforts to provide quality social care services to the elderly and persons with disabilities. The CEB loan will partially finance the Borrower’s budgetary expenditures on social care services by external suppliers for 2024-2025. The PFF may also partially finance small-scale investments to upgrade the existing social infrastructure.
Final beneficiaries: residents of Andalusia, in particular, the elderly and disabled persons and their families who will benefit from assistance and basic support.
