A programme loan to support the Borrower in contributing to the revitalisation and modernisation of municipal and regional infrastructures, improving the delivery of public services and enhancing healthcare establishments in the Czech Republic, with a particular focus on municipalities and regions in Just Transition regions facing structural and socio-economic vulnerabilities.
Final beneficiaries: Inhabitants of small municipalities throughout the Czech Republic. In particular, communities with lower income levels, including the elderly. 20% of total loan will benefit the inhabitants of the Just Transition regions of Karlovarský, Ústecký, and Moravskoslezský kraj.
