A Programme loan to support the co-financing of municipal investments across Slovenia, through an on-lending instrument, addressing critical infrastructure and social housing challenges and fostering sustainable development. The CEB loan will part finance the measures to improve access to, and the quality of, municipal infrastructure and equitable access to decent housing across the country by increasing subnational access to long-term finance on competitive terms.
Final beneficiaries: Inhabitants of municipalities across the country where the sub-projects will be located; low-to-middle-income households and other vulnerable groups who will benefit from investments in social and affordable housing.
