The loan will part-finance investments which come under the NRW.BANK Good School 2020 programme and in particular the construction of new schools and the refurbishment, modernisation and extension of existing facilities in municipalities and districts within the State of North Rhine-Westphalia. Investments will also aim to promote the digitalisation of establishment by financing IT equipment and infrastructure.
Final beneficiaries will be school children and adolescent, including refugees and migrants, attending primary, secondary and specialised schools, ini the State of North Rhine-Westphalia.
