In particular, the ECF will partially finance eligible expenditure for two components: (i) the seismic consolidation and energy efficiency measures of 17 buildings in Bucharest, of which 14 are multi-family residential buildings and three are public buildings including the Gheorghe Tattarescu Museum and the Bulandra Theatre; (ii) the temporary relocation of citizens during the works in apartments belonging to the municipality or procured in the private sector.
Final beneficiaries: residents of the concerned multi-family residential buildings and staff and visitors of the public buildings to be renovated.
