A €25 million Project loan will part-finance the construction of a new Psychiatric Clinic building at the NEMC medical campus in Tallinn to replace the existing outdated complex.
Final beneficiaries will be some 3 200 inpatients and 85 000 outpatients who will benefit from improved quality, safety and access to psychiatric care services and treatment. In addition, 415 employees as well as medical students will benefit from new and improved working, studying and research conditions.
