The programme's primary objective is related to job creation and preservation via micro-credit or SME-lending, associated with mentoring. As the project targets self-entrepreneurs, it is expected to contribute directly to the creation of new business informality and insertion of unemployed or inactive people into the formal job market as well as to the preservation of existing jobs. Indirectly the project is expected to contribute to improving people's welfare and integration of migrants.
