Recovery and reconstruction after September 2024 floods

A Public sector Financing Facility (PFF) loan to assist the Borrower in delivering relief measures to individuals impacted by floods, to provide decent living conditions to the victims and to ensure that affected populations can rebuild without falling into long-term economic distress. The CEB loan will partially finance the various allowances and benefits to individuals affected by the floods, in particular to families with damaged dwellings as well as vulnerable populations, such as the persons with disabilities.
