A €100 million Public sector Financing Facility to support HSY in developing and modernising the water and sewage networks in the Helsinki Capital region in line with its 10-year Investment Plan.
Final beneficiaries will be some 1.2 million inhabitants of the region, as well as new residents and inhabitants from sparsely populated areas, who will benefit from improved water distribution and wastewater networks.
