An EU Co-financing Facility (ECF) to bridge the gap arising between the launch of activities and the delayed reimbursement of the European Social Fund Plus (ESF+) as well as regional, and local grants.
Final beneficiaries: Members of the Roma community in Spain - particularly families facing economic vulnerabilities, youth, women, and victims of discrimination. The programmes supported by the CEB loan are expected to reach approximately 69 000 direct beneficiaries, of whom about 57% are women.
