A €100 million Public sector Financing Facility to create better learning and working conditions for secondary school students and the educational community, through the construction, rehabilitation, maintenance and upgrading of public lower secondary schools (collèges) in the Department of Gironde to create better learning, living and working conditions for secondary school students and the educational community.
