This Public Sector Financing Facility (PFF) aims at partially financing investments for the housing and urban regeneration project District R60, including the transformation of the area surrounding the central train station into a socially inclusive, affordable, and vibrant urban neighbourhood, as well as providing decent and affordable housing to vulnerable and low-income persons.

Final beneficiaries: inhabitants of the Municipality of Reggio Emilia. In particular, low-income persons and persons from vulnerable groups, including households with minor children, single parents, students, affordable housing beneficiaries, persons at risk of homelessness, victims of domestic and gender-based violence, the elderly, persons with disabilities, migrants and third country nationals.
