A Programme loan to support the Borrower’s on-lending activities to eligible public and non-profit housing entities and municipalities to expand the stock of public rental housing, improve housing quality and energy performance though the construction, renovation, refurbishment, and conversion of housing units.
Final beneficiaries: Low-income households, young families, elderly persons, persons with disabilities, and households at risk of housing exclusion. Approximately 1200 housing units and 3000 citizens are expected to benefit from the programme.
