A Public sector Financing Facility to support the Borrower in cofinancing the City’s sustainable, inclusive and climate-resilient urban development by renovating and modernising education infrastructure, including schools and kindergartens, as well as promoting low carbon active mobility by rehabilitating city roads and expanding cycling and pedestrian infrastructure.
Final beneficiaries: Approximately 98 200 residents of the city of Tartu, particularly children, as well as some 163 000 inhabitants of Tartu County.
