This €150 million Programme loan will part-finance the construction of energy-efficient new dwellings and the retrofitting of existing rented social housing throughout the Republic of Ireland over the period 2019 to 2022.
Final beneficiaries will be families on low incomes receiving social welfare, such as single parents, mostly women with children, the elderly, people with disabilities and homeless persons.
