This €110 million Programme loan will part-finance social housing sub-projects including the construction of 819 new dwellings, the modernisation of existing units to increase the accessibility for people with disabilities and increasing energy and water efficiency and the purchase of estates, lands and existing dwellings.
Final beneficiaries will be low-income persons, the elderly, people with disabilities, students, single parents as well as migrants and refugees.
