A Public sector Financing Facility (PFF) is aimed at supporting the Borrower in improving the living conditions of Baia Mare Municipality of Romania residents through more sustainable urban mobility measures, energy efficiency refurbishments and health and social services.
Final beneficiaries: Entire population of Baia Mare city in particular the most vulnerable such as the elderly, persons with disabilities, Roma as well as children, students, and teachers working in the rehabilitated educational establishments.
