This €40 million Programme loan will part-finance working capital requirements and investment loans to support the Montenegrin Government in its efforts to mitigate the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on its economy and particularly in the severely hit MSME sector.
Final beneficiaries will be the employees of eligible MSMEs throughout Montenegro directly impacted by the pandemic.
