Support to the Estonian Government in its efforts to mitigate the negative effects of the COVID-19 crisis, maintain the viability of the businesses, encourage continued investments and create more demand in the economy.

This €200 million Public sector Financing Facility will part-finance eligible investments such as working capital and investment needs of MSMEs to help them cope with the consequences of COVID-19 crisis, financial support to local authorities, technical and R&D support in the tourism and medical sectors, as well as emergency loans for the agriculture sector. Final beneficiaries will be the inhabitants of Estonia, in particular those most vulnerable to the virus, such as the elderly, as well as employees of MSMEs throughout the country who would be able to preserve their jobs.
