A Programme loan is aimed at supporting the Borrower in expanding access to affordable credit for Roma entrepreneurs. The CEB loan will partially finance REDI Fund’s lending activities to local microfinance institutions (MFIs) in Albania, Kosovo, Republic of Moldova and Romania.
Final beneficiaries: Roma communities throughout Albania, Kosovo, Republic of Moldova and Romania. In particular, Roma-owned businesses (at least 50% of the loan amount) and women entrepreneurs (at least 30% of the loan amount).
