Support to the Spanish Government in in its efforts to mitigate the crisis effects of Covid-19 on the economy.
This €300 million Programme loan will part-finance ICO’s lending activities to Spanish financial institutions, which will on-lend the funds via its financing instrument which mainly targets the self-employed and MSMEs. Final beneficiaries will be employees of eligible MSMEs throughout the country who are facing serious liquidity shortages due to Covid-19 aftereffects.
