The loan will part-finance the modernisation of urban and rural infrastructures, including energy efficiency, and support MSMEs in the financing of fixed assets and productive equipment in order to promote the attractiveness and development of the Free State of Thuringia.
Final beneficiaries will be a wide range of the population of Thuringia, especially children, their parents and elderly persons living in rural areas, as well as eligible MSMEs and job seekers throughout the region.
