An additional Public sector Financing Facility (PFF) request, increasing the total amount of the loan to € 740 million to assist the Borrower in its efforts to mitigate the negative effects of the Russia’s war of aggression against Ukraine and to support the long-term needs of refugees and their host communities. The present additional loan request will cover the budgetary contribution to the Aid Fund in 2025.
Final beneficiaries: Populations affected by Russia’s war of aggression against Ukraine who fled the country and settled in Poland.
